Train 2 Gain is a new programme for companies to develop and train their workforce in England. Train2 Gain funds and delivers effective training for your employees which is delivered on site at your premises and will vastly improve your Companies skills base, productivity and effectiveness in an ever competitive global economy Train 2 Gain is a major new initiative funded by the Learning & Skills Council designed to help companies large and small develop their workforce for the 21st Century.
Train 2 Gain is flexible and individual for each company.
Skills training can be delivered at a time and location to suit the needs of your business. Batleys Training offers Train2Gain courses which are free or heavily subsidised in a wide range of subjects to suit your companies and employees skills training needs. Train 2 Gain delivers on site National Vocational Qualifications (Levels 2-4), Basic Skills, ESOL and additional support.
See below for a comprehensive list of the different courses available. Companies (SME’s) with less than 50 employees may be entitled to wage reimbursement whilst your employees participating in training.
