Train 2 Gain funds National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’) from levels 2-4 in most vocational/occupational areas. NVQ’s are delivered in the workplace and there is no need to attend college or go off site for training. NVQ’s are delivered one to one or in small groups in the workplace by observation and teaching ‘on the job’.
NVQ’s are also delivered at different levels from 2 -4 under Train 2 Gain depending on an individuals previous level of attainment and the level of their job.
